As a biostatistician, I use my data analysis and interpretation skills to help researchers and clinicians make decisions about patient care. I work with a variety of teams, including those in the clinical research department, the quality improvement department, and the epidemiology department.

- My work to improve patient records management has helped to ensure that patients receive high-quality care timely, as clinicians can easily access their medical history.
- My support for clinical research has helped to accelerate the development of new approaches to care and treatments for women and children.
- My creation of an electronic database for patient data has helped to improve data security and accessibility, which will enable researchers to conduct more robust and impactful studies.
- My implementation of 5S and QI activities has helped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital, which has benefited both patients and staff.
- My analysis of patient data has helped to inform decision-making at the hospital, which has led to improved outcomes for patients, such as reduced maternal mortality and neonatal survival.
